Luke Combs’ ‘Fast Car’ and Post Malone’s ‘Chemical’ were among the top songs on metro radio playlists during the winter months of 2023.
‘Fast Car’ was the top performing song in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, while ‘Chemical’ led the way in Sydney and Perth.
Adelaide’s Nova 91.9 was the top metro station for both ‘Fast Car’ and ‘Chemical’ with 538 and 521 spins, respectively.
‘Miracle’ by Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding was the second most-played song in Sydney, helped along by CADA. The collab peaked at No. 4 on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart.
Three songs appeared in the Top 5 in every major metro market (Ed Sheeran’s ‘Eyes Closed’, Taylor Swift’s ‘Karma’ and Combs’ ‘Fast Car’).
