Close behind was Harry Styles’ first solo release ‘Sign Of The Times’ which jumped straight to No.7 with 673 spins.Australian Vance Joy represented local music with ‘Lay It On Me’ debuting at No.21 with 299 spins. Special mentions to Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry and Calvin Harris who each released or featured on three tracks in the above list. Ed Sheeran has enjoyed a very successful year so far with the release of his album ‘÷’ with ‘Shape Of You’, ‘Castle On The Hill’ and ‘How Would You Feel (Paean)’ all debuting in the AirCheck Airplay Chart. Similarly, Katy Perry’s releases ‘Chained To The Rhythm’, ‘Bon Appetit’ and her feature on the Calvin Harris collaboration, ‘Feels’ all received quick additions to radio playlists across Australia. Interestingly, Calvin Harris’ collaborations all debuted at similar places with ‘Slide’ and ‘Heatstroke’ both jumping straight to No.33 while ‘Feels’ landed at No.35.
