Ed Sheeran, Becky Hill, Justin Bieber and GAYLE were among the top performing artists on Breakfast radio in the first quarter of 2022.

Overall, there were 5,928 different songs played during the daypart across the major metro markets. Adelaide’s Fresh 92.7 played the most music at Breakfast with 2,360 spins.

Current National Radio Airplay Chart-topper ‘abcdefu’ by GAYLE recorded 120 spins across Melbourne Breakfast, the highest tally for a single song in any market.

Bieber’s ‘Ghost’ led in both Adelaide and Perth with 97 and 69 spins, respectively, while Becky Hill’s ‘My Heart Goes (La Di Da)’ feat. Topic was the only song to feature in the top 5 in each market.
