Top 10 Streaming Services & TV Shows

Top 10 Streaming Services & TV Shows

While we are all stuck in isolation, TV and streaming services have become more important than ever before.

Over the past two months Stan was the most advertised streaming service on radio and TV, amassing 8,586 spots across 56 radio stations and 8 television channels. Nova 969 Sydney placed the most Stan advertisements with 881 during this time.

In second place was Amazon Prime Video, placing over 4,000 less spots than Stan. TV channel 7Mate aired more ads than any other station with 511 instances, followed by Seven Sydney.

Nine Entertainment was in third place backing their own Free-To-Air platform, 9Now, on 53 stations.

Comparing the most advertised TV shows, Lego Masters took out the top spot with 7,209 advertisements placed in the lead up to Monday night’s finale. The vast majority of these spots were placed on digital radio, with 6,815 instances distributed across 46 Southern Cross Austereo’s DAB+ stations.

Seven News landed in second place with 5,596 instances placing ads across 71 different radio stations, the most on Perth’s Mix94.5 (207 spots), followed by Perth DAB+ station Triple M Soft Rock (182 spots).
