AirCheck data from the metro radio Survey 4 period (17 April – 25 June) reveals the percentage crossover of spots that aired on Sydney radio stations.
KIIS1065 and smoothfm 95.3 shared 243 spots, equaling a crossover of 34.2%. National Tiles, Coles and Athena Home Loans were among the top spots that aired on both stations.
WSFM and 2GB were relatively balanced in terms of the total number of unique spots aired. The pair offered up a combined total of 814 unique spots, with a crossover of 21.1%. WSFM aired 307 unique spots during the period, compared to 2GB’s 335.
1170 SEN and Triple M had a 10.7% crossover. Gambling was the most common spot category across the two stations, accounting for 4.3% of all ads during the period.
2SM and 2UE combined to total a small pool of spots (197), with an overall crossover of 23.9%. James Squire was the most played spot that went to air on both stations.
