In the lead up to the Easter break this long weekend, we have investigated the sweetest brands airing spots during the last four weeks.
Cadbury was the most popular Chocolate Brand across Radio, TV and Pay TV with 638 spots placed across 11 stations. Channel Ten Brisbane were the main supporter of the confectionery brand airing 101 ads.
Lindt were in second place with a total of 600 instances followed by The Easter Egg Warehouse airing 414 spots.
These brands were most likely to be placed in the middle of an ad break with only 9.49% of spots first or last in break. Almost a quarter of the ads ran in the evening while 20.71% were placed in the afternoon.
